P2ROM(TM) MMC
The P2ROM MMC is a read-only multi-media card which is equipped with OKI's unique P2ROM(TM).
The major benefits are as follows:
1. Compliant with the MMCA standard (Version 3.1) ---
The product specification is compliant with the MMCA standard (Version 3.1). The P2ROM MMC is most suitable for contents storage applications in electronic dictionaries and personal digital assistants.
2. Short TAT --- OKI can provide P2ROM MMC in a short lead time after receiving the ROM code from a customer.
3. No mask charge --- Unlike mask ROM-based MMC, there is no mask charge for each code.
4. No programming charge --- No additional charge is required for programming, such as that required for OTP or Flash memory.
5. No Customer stock --- Customers are free from keeping unprogrammed memory in stock.
