Specific LSI for Fingerprint Authentication

Description

ML67Q5250 is specific LSI for the fingerprint authentication system equipped with the fingerprint authentication accelerator. An external memory is not needed, and the fingerprint authentication system that achieves high speed, high accuracy, and low power consumption can be achieved low-cost and easily. Moreover, it realizes the high security system in which the fingerprint data cannot be easily read.
ML67Q5250 developed a high quality fingerprint authentication accelerator using DFT(Discrete Foun'er Transform) based algorithm licensed by Precise Biometrics Co. Moreover,the various peripherals make it applied not only as companion-chip but also as main MCU.
