OKI has developed a Non-Volatile memory P2ROM (Production Programmed ROM) using our unique memory cell structure. The P2ROM enables writing a custom code in the final test process, achieving a shorter turnaround time (TAT) compared to mask ROM where data is written in the wafer process. With the P2ROM, there is no need for mask charges as in mask ROM or additional programming costs as in OTP and Flash memory, thereby minimizing risk and reducing cost.
