The M671000 is a high-performance one-chip microcontroller using the RISC-based, 32-bit CPU ARM7TDMI™ as its core. The USB device controller compliant with USB 1.1 Full-speed (12 Mbps) makes it easy to interface with PCs and other devices by USB. In addition to 32-bit data processing, the ML67100 provides a wide range of peripheral functions such as UART/synchronous serial port, 16-bit timer, DMA controller, and memory controller, which makes it ideal for control of PC peripherals and communication terminals.
