Single-Chip Solution for ML7222 ZigBee

ML7222 photo ZigBee Alliance

The ML7222 is a bi-directional wireless communication LSI that uses the 2.4GHz/ISM band based on a mixture of the low power-consumption RF analog base-band logic processes employed in the ML7065. The ML7222, which can accommodate software up to upward software complying with the ZigBee alliance as well as IEEE802.15.4, provides a single-chip solution for IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee. The ML7222 uses OKI's original 8-bit low power consumption RISC CPU as the built-in MCU and is equipped with enhanced peripheral functions.
