* Before downloading data sheets, read "Product Information" without fail.
* The telephone numbers and fax numbers for inquiries listed at the end of old data sheets are no longer in service. Please send a mail or use the mail form given on the "Inquiry" page of the web site.
* If you need data sheets not shown on the web site, please make a request using the mail form.
* If you need detailed versions ofdata sheets (digest), please make a request using the mail form. Enter "Detailed Version" in the documentation request field.
