Outline of the Tool

This tool is used to convert WAVE files to OKI SEMICONDUCTOR's ADPCM files. ADPCM files can easily be created by dragging and dropping files to be converted.

- Bit rate: 16bit PCM

4bit ADPCM / 2bit ADPCM
