ML67Q4050/Q4060 Series Power Considerations | describes the power management features of Oki's ML67Q4050/51 and ML67Q4060/61 Series devices. It provides a guide that shows how to use these features to maximize power consumption efficiency. Typical operating core current numbers as well as the worst case current consumption figures for the parts are presented under various conditions | ML67Q4050/Q4060 CPU Board Kit, ML67Q4050/Q4060 Series User's Manual, Power Management document, Sample software provided on the CD that comes with the CPU Board kit | ML67Q40x series |
| Clock Stabilization Detection Technique for Oki ML67Q4050/4060 Series | describes a technique for detecting clock stabilization for Oki ML67Q4050/4060 series of MCUs. This technique results in accurately detecting stabilized clock in shortest time possible. This application note is accompanied with a set of sample code that demonstrates this stabilization technique. The sample code is also discussed in detail in subsequent sections of this document | ML67Q4050-4060 Clock-Start Sample Code (download the zip file) |

| Interfacing the AuthenTec Fingerprint Sensor to the ML696201/69Q6203 Series | provides an example for interfacing Oki's ML696201/69Q6203 Series ARM946E based MCU to the AuthenTec Swipe Fingerprint Sensor - AES2510. It should be used in conjunction with the sample code available from Oki and AuthernTec. Some sample code is included that demonstrates how to configure the SSIO to communicate correctly with the sensor | - | ML696201/ ML69Q6203 | |
| Interfacing the Atrua Fingerprint Sensor to the ML696201/69Q6203 Series | provides an example to the user on interfacing Oki's ML696201/69Q6203 Series ARM946E based MCU to the Atrua Swipe Fingerprint Sensor - ATW200. It should be used in conjunction with the sample code available from Oki and Atrua. Some sample code is included that demonstrates how to configure the SSIO to communicate correctly with the sensor | - | ML696201/ ML69Q6203 | |
| Interfacing the ML87V3104 QVGA to SVGA LCD Controller and the ML674000 Microcontroller | describes the typical hardware and software interface between an Oki ARM-powered advantage™microcontroller and the ML87V3104 LCD controller. As a working example, we show how to configure a display subsystem. Schematics and sample code are provided for configuring and controlling the LCD through the memory interface of the ML674000 MCU. This information can be readily modified to accommodate applications that use other Oki MCUs and the ML87V3104 LCD controller. |

| Interfacing NAND Flash to ML696201/69Q6203 Series | provides an example of interfacing Oki's ML696201 and ML69Q6203 ARM-based MCUs to a typical NAND flash device. It should be used with the sample code driver for NAND flash available from Oki. In this document the basic circuit diagram for connecting the NAND is given with caveats in using the ML696201/69Q6203 Series with a NAND flash device. Some sample code is included that demonstrates how to reset and access the NAND device | - | ML696201/ ML69Q6203 | |
| Using the Built-In-Boot ROM to Burn the Internal Flash ROM of the ML67Q4002/Q4003 & ML67Q5002/Q5003 | outlines the procedure for burning a program into the internal Flash ROM of the ML67Q4002/Q4003 and ML67Q5002/Q5003 MPU using the ML67Q4002/3 or ML67Q5002/3 CPU boards with the Built-in-Boot ROM and UART of the device | - | ML674K / ML675K series | |
| Implementation of a Multi-Slave SPI Bus Using the SSIO Port of Oki ARM MCU | Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI) is a popular and flexible method of serial communication that is frequently used in embedded systems. SPI requires few I/O lines and it is fast and efficient. The Oki ML674001/2/3 and ML675001 series of ARM®-based MCUs are equipped with a Synchronous Serial I/O (SSIO) controller that provides efficient communications with SPI compatible devices. This Application Note describes how to use the ML674001/2/3 and ML675001 MCU's SSIO port to interface with two or more SPI-enabled peripherals. The peripherals used for this example are SPI-EEPROMs. This Application Note defines the hardware and software implementation for this system. Software samples written in C are available as examples and building blocks for user applications |

| Fingerprint Reference Design Using Oki's ML6962x series ARM946E MCUs | Oki Fingerprint Reference Design is based on Oki’s ML69Q6203 MCU and Atrua or Authentec sensors and software libraries. This Reference Design reduces the time-for-design and accelerates the time-to-market for fingerprint enabled storage products. This highly modular system can be easily optimized for specific customer requirements. The fast 120 MHz ARM946E-S core (with 8KB I and D cache) coupled with128KB internal SRAM of this device series makes this an ideal design choice for fast fingerprint enrollment and recognition. The internal Flash of the ML69Q6203 part can be used for fingerprint template storage | - | ML696201/ ML69Q6203 |
