RYC86xxZAAB is a series of dual channel protected power switches designed for USB and other 3.3V to 5V high-side power switched applications. Each channel can be separately enabled and has a deglitched fault flag to minimize nuissance tripping when high inrush current devices are plugged into the port. The output MOSFET typically has a low on resistance of 100mΩ. |
