ML86V7655/56 - NTSC / PAL Digital Video Encoder |

The ML86V7655/56 is an NTSC / PAL compatible digital video encoder. It encodes digital image data in ITU-R BT.601 or ITU-R BT.656 formats into analog video signals. Digital inputs support RGB (4:4:4) or YCbCr (4:4:4) as either interlaced or progressive scan. Analog video outputs include RGB or component in either interlaced or progressive formats in addition to standard NTSC/PAL S-Video and composite signals. A 6-channel DAC allows simultaneous outputs. I/P and P/I conversion function is supported allowing interlaced digital signals to be output as progressive signals or progressive digital signals to be output as interlaced signals. The ML86V7656 supports Macrovision copy protection (compliant with V7.1.L1 for interlace and V1.2 for progressive). |
