Teaming up its original Production-Programmed OTPROM technology, P2ROM, with the specifications of the MMC association, OKI provides P2ROM cards internally comprising an interface driver and controller, a memory controller and data ROM up to 16 Megabytes. The cards are based on the MMC association SPEC Version 3.1 and can be used in both MMC and SPI modes. Memory control is made easy thanks to comprehensively structured command and data registers. Programming of custom data and masking is free-of-charge with shortest possible turn-around owing to factory load. Ideal for contents storage, usage, delivery and distribution.
